Born and raised in upstate Utica, NY, Paul earned degrees at St. Bonaventure University before pursuing acting.
After studying at Paper Mill Playhouse in Millburn, NJ, he moved to New York City to pursue acting full-time.
In October 2022, Paul co-starred in "Designated Killer," winner of the Audience Choice award at the "Boo! Festival of Short Plays" at The Players Theatre. Paul has performed in a handful of NYC-film, theatre and sketch comedy productions.
Currently producing his debut film "Being Frank" (2025).
