Alexandre Nero

    Alexandre Nero Vieira is a Brazilian actor, singer, and composer.

    His first prominent character was in 2008 in the soap opera A Favorita, as the greengrocer Vanderlei. In 2010, he played the main antagonist of the six o'clock soap opera Escolha nas Estrelas. The following year he played Baltazar in the nine o'clock soap opera Fina Estampa, a man who raped his wife. In 2012, he gave life to the character Stênio in Salve Jorge. In 2014, he played his first prime-time protagonist, the legendary José Alfredo de Medeiros in the telenovela Império. For this character, Nero won the Melhores do Ano, Contigo and Press Trophy for best actor. In 2015, he played the dubious Romero Romulo in the soap opera A Regra do Jogo, being nominated for the International Emmy for best actor, considered the main award in world television.

    In 2011, he released his third studio album "Vendo Amor" and in 2013, his first DVD "Revendo Amor".
