Morning Star

This performance by the Kirghizian Ballet Corps tells the story of the beautiful Cholpon (Reina Chokoyeva), a nubile maiden who has the bad fortune of crossing paths with Ai-Dai (Bibisara Beyshenaliyeva), an evil vampire. Ai-Dai makes a quick feast of Cholpon's blood and takes up residence in her body. Now in control of her lovely frame, Ai-Dai maneuvers through the palace, where she aims to gain the favor of Nurdfin (Uran Sarbagishev), the handsome -- and unsuspecting -- prince.
