She is known for her work directing the short films Our Window (2015), Isla Vista (2016), and Diego on my Mind (2016). Alicia is also known as a Theatre Director and has directed the plays, Gruesome Playground Injuries by Rajiv Joseph (2012) and 4.48 Psychosis by Sarah Kane (2014).
